Hi Linda,

I just wanted to tell you what a BLAST I had at school this week! I live in a city where we have everything from martini bars to pubs to frat bars and night clubs, and I feel prepared to walk into any of those establishments and apply for a job. The whole reason I chose your school over others was the extra 15 hours of training, plus the promise of having 85% hands-on practice. I was glad that each day had a different instructor, as it kept everything fresh AND because of the different things each person brought to the table. From Dean I feel like I learned professionalism, the finesse of pouring, and the finer aspects of bartending. From Mike I learned the street-smarts of bartending, down and dirty tips to make my life easier, how to remember drinks and fix mistakes, charm my customers, and how to relax and enjoy the job. And from you I feel that, because you did not go "easy" on us, I came through the gauntlet of fire with confidence in my skills. With professionalism, smarts and confidence under my belt now, I am truly on a high after the testing today and cannot wait to start submitting my resume!

Dean and Linda Robinson:

I deem it necessary to convey my gratitude for such an impressive experience with the Boston Bartenders School of America . You were more than accommodating when my uncle passed away and my fluctuating work schedule caused me to miss some classes and allow me to make them up at either location. I have been in the restaurant industry for 20 years and although I've tended bar and been in management, I learned a lot more and I feel more confident behind the bar with the way the course progressed from building a foundation to the finer points. Linda , Dean and Mike show class , caring and all possess a wealth of knowledge.

I will recommend you to anyone in the industry or interested in entering it!
